Australský klasický klavírista a dirigent. Narodil se v Sydney. V roce 1996 byl profesorem na Royal College of Music v Londýně, poté pracoval na School of Music na University of Western Australia. Nyní sídlí v Perthu a je profesorem Západní australské akademie múzických umění na Edith Cowan University.
